Role Overview:
As a member of the Key Accounts & Strategic Alliance team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our key accounts initiatives and managing relationships with key partners like National Distributors, Banks, and Fintechs. Additionally, you will be responsible for sourcing new key account relationships to drive our business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
A) Drive Key Accounts Initiatives:
  • Work with the Head of Key Accounts & Strategic Alliance to manage and execute strategic initiatives with key accounts.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Growth, Product, Operations) to ensure seamless implementation of key account initiatives.
  • Track progress and provide updates on various projects and initiatives.
B) Manage Key Account Relationships:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners such as National Distributors, Banks, and Fintechs.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance engagement and drive growth within key accounts.
  • Own the business metrics, define goals, and achieve them.
C) Source New Key Account Relationships:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with potential key accounts.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential partners.
  • Develop and present proposals to prospective partners, highlighting the value proposition of Groww Mutual Fund.
D) Data-Driven Decision Making:
  • Utilize data analytics to monitor key account performance and business metrics.
  • Define goals and develop strategies to achieve them, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
E) Contract Negotiation and Management:
  • Negotiate and manage contracts with key accounts, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
  • Monitor contract compliance and address any issues that arise.
F) Reporting and Analysis:
  • Prepare regular reports on key account performance, strategic initiatives, and business development activities.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to drive continuous improvement.
Job Requirement
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. (Master’s degree preferred)
  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in the mutual fund industry, with a focus on key accounts management.
  • Proven track record of working with National Distributor / Bank / Stock Broking channels.
  • Digital First and Data-driven mindset with the ability to own business metrics, define goals, and achieve them.
  • Strong understanding of mutual fund products and the financial services industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
