Responsibilities 

● Compliance and Governance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal policies related to the personal loans business. Own and executethe Digital Lending guidelines with partners - e.g. getting Groww Credit’ name listed onthe partner website, getting partner GRO details listed on Groww / Groww Credit website,etc. 

● Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Serve as the  key point of contact between lending partners and relevant internal cross-functional stakeholders to ensure the  timely delivery and execution of projects.

● Experience in MF operations/product operations/business operations 

● Sound understanding of different LMS constructs with the ability to define the process with partners 

● Exceptional organizational and stakeholder management skills 

● Excellent verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal communication skills 

● Command on tracking methodologies 

● Highly driven individual with an execution focuses and a strong sense of urgency
