Roles and Responsibilities 

  • Develop clear project plans with timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with creative team members to define requirements and objectives that align with brand goals.
  • Work with the Creative Head to allocate resources effectively and balance team workloads.
  • Anticipate bottlenecks, track progress, and implement strategies to keep projects on schedule.
  • Facilitate communication across the creative team and stakeholders, ensuring alignment at every stage.
  • Organize reviews and feedback loops with the Creative Head to maintain quality standards and improve output.
  • Manage stakeholder updates, reporting, and project documentation.
  • Identify risks early, propose mitigation strategies, and resolve roadblocks quickly.
  • Oversee project budgets, tracking expenses to stay within constraints.
  • Leverage AI tools for project tracking, content management, and production workflows to improve speed and efficiency.
  • Drive the team’s adoption of AI tools for creativity and workflow, ensuring they are embedded into day-to-day processes.
Job Requirement
  • Detail-oriented with a drive for high-quality delivery.
  • Adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proactive problem-solver with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Familiarity with project management/workflow tools.
  • Interested in and adept at using AI tools for both operations and creativity.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
  • Effective time management and prioritization abilities.
